The Objective
The aim was to create an enhanced platform with a straightforward workflow. Which allows CPAs to create, track and send their requests with fewer iterations and provide access for clients to upload their tax documents in a single space.
Our team helped in the definition, implementation and delivery of an MVP. We also ensured that the platform was accessible from the Outlook platform, creating an add-in to facilitate the request of client documents.
We also contributed to automating the experience for the CPAs by getting a quick start through a file upload.

Users can create requests and assign them directly from Outlook.
Documents Management
CPAs can manage and keep track of multiple tasks for different clients in one single space. End users can manage and filter their to-do list and upload documents, generate e-signatures, get links to finish their tasks, and mark them as done.
Reminders
End users can receive reminders as emails on specific due dates for each of their tasks.
Login-Free Upload Page
Facilitate access to the uploading page using a magic link sent via email. Secure access through an SMS code to access the uploading page.
Admin panel capabilities
Administrate companies, users, and projects easily in a single administrative panel.
